You might have seen Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) wearing this ‘skeleton’ grenade t-shirt in a bunch of promotional material for Season 05 of Breaking Bad. He also wore in the first episode of that season when he said his infamous, ‘Yeah, bitch! Magnets!,’ line. The shirt is made by a snowboarding glove company called Grenade Gloves. It is still sold by some online retailers but the pickings is slim.
